This lets you fish your soft lure weedless through cover such as submerged vegetation. The belly weight also makes it easy to cast even small soft lures, and gives them a slow but not overly slow sink rate, so you can reach the bottom even between weed beds - right where the big perch are sitting. The weights are labelled directly on the hook, which is genuinely useful when they're sorted into a lure box: one glance tells you exactly how heavy each one is.

Outstanding Hook-Up Rate

These offset hooks are fine wire, extremely sharp and PTFE-coated. That coating allows the hook point to penetrate up to 50% faster into a fish's mouth, a characteristic further supported by the Micro Barb. The result is a fast, reliable hook-up. Bear in mind that with offset hooks in general, the strike needs to be set with a slight delay - the fish must have its mouth closed so the soft lure is pushed downwards and the hook point is freed.

6 Sizes, 6 Weights, 2 Different Lurekeepers

The Weighted Finess Swimbait Hook comes in 6 sizes from 2 to 4/0, each with a different weight. The table below shows the full breakdown. All sizes come fitted with a lurekeeper spring, which is screwed into the soft lure to hold it firmly in place - even soft, salted plastics stay on more securely and last longer than they would on a standard jig head. VMC fits the smaller sizes with fine, thin springs and the larger sizes with standard springs. This means the smaller hooks work perfectly with 2" and 3" soft lures such as creature baits and small shads, while the larger sizes are suited to swimbaits. The full size-to-spring assignment is shown in the table.

Key Facts:

Weighted offset hook for creature baits and swimbaits

Black Nickel finish

Hi Carbon steel

Lurekeeper included

Micro Barb

PTFE coating

6 sizes with 6 individual weights

Weights labelled on hook

Size Chart

Size

Weight

Lurekeeper

Per Pack

2

1 g

Fine spring

4

1

1.5 g

Fine spring

4

1/0

2 g

Fine spring

4

2/0

2.5 g

Standard spring

3

3/0

3 g

Standard spring

3

4/0

4 g

Standard spring

3

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0548/9197/0669/files/vmc-weighted-finesse-swimbait-7315sl.jpg?v=1759437596
