The body is \u003cstrong\u003ebroader than a typical shad\u003c\/strong\u003e and tapers into a \u003cstrong\u003elong, slender tail\u003c\/strong\u003e. In cross-section it is pear-shaped and slightly flattened on the underside, which gives it excellent glide when rigged as a soft jerk on an offset hook or a dart jig head. The lower half of the body is \u003cstrong\u003esalted at 20%\u003c\/strong\u003e, producing a \u003cstrong\u003ehorizontal sink\u003c\/strong\u003e during which the lure vibrates along its horizontal axis.
