Outstanding in the Mid-Water Column for Perch

The DUO Bay Ruf BR Fish 3.3" is an 8.3 cm soft lure with a very slender tail that ends in a lance-shaped, horizontal fin. Originally developed in Japan for sea bass fishing, its brief was to trigger cautious, lethargic fish in heavily pressured waters - and it delivers on that brief convincingly. It has also proven itself as an extremely effective lure for perch and other predators in freshwater. Anglers who prefer to work their soft lures in the mid-water column will find the Bay Ruf 3.3" a standout choice.

Steady Retrieve or Darting Action

The DUO Bay Ruf BR Fish 3.3" has a slender body that is flattened on one side, and this detail unlocks two distinct retrieves. With the flat side facing up, the lure is ideally suited to a steady retrieve - the small tail vibrates subtly and imitates the movement of a small baitfish. If you want to fish it with a darting action instead, simply turn the flat side to face down. This orientation produces a more pronounced dart and glide, driving predators wild. It works particularly well on darting jig heads such as the purpose-built DUO BR Head. Irresistible to both saltwater and freshwater predators, the DUO Bay Ruf BR Fish 3.3" will get a reaction even from the most lethargic fish.
