Go Zander Fishing with the Lieblingsköder Zanderwobbler
The Lieblingsköder Zanderwobbler is a 12.5 cm, 20 g hard lure from the Dessauer lure makers at Lieblingsköder, adding to their well-established range. This shallow-running plug was designed specifically to target zander feeding in shallow water under the cover of darkness. With a maximum running depth of 1.0 m, it's ideal for retrieving just above stone revetments and rocky structures. The lure is floating, so during pauses in the retrieve it drifts temptingly back towards the surface - triggering savage takes that mostly come right at your feet and keep you coming back for more. The colour patterns on this plug were created using the Wettermethode, a process developed by company founder Jens that has been proven on the water for years.
Natural Action for Wary Predators
To appeal to even the most suspicious zander, the team at Lieblingsköder focused on giving the Zanderwobbler a highly natural action. Even under light tension, the lure develops a rolling action and a lifelike swimming behaviour - letting you present it very slowly when zander are being cautious. Adjust your retrieve speed to match their mood; at night you can often fish it faster than you might expect. Work in the occasional pause or a gentle twitch of the rod to vary the presentation and keep things interesting. Although you don't always need powerful casts when targeting zander with a plug, the Zanderwobbler comes fitted with a magnetic long-cast system, so you can reach more distant spots with ease and cover more water.

Super realistic running behavior! In total, the 4 walleye wobblers in my collection. Originally picked up walleye for twilight fishing, but my colleague couldn't resist either :-)
