The LMAB Finesse Filet Craw is an extremely versatile soft lure. Fish it on a standard jig head, working it along the bottom with short twitches, or try it on a standup jig head - the crayfish imitation sits with its claws raised off the deck, giving it an even more realistic look.

If finesse techniques are more your thing, a drop shot or Carolina rig is the way to go. Even with minimal rod action, the claws and legs keep moving in the water, coaxing sluggish predators into biting.

One combination that has proven particularly productive in summer is the Finesse Filet Craw as a trailer on a chatterbait. The body stays firmly on the hook while the claws shake wildly - a seriously hot setup. The lure also helps to stabilise the chatterbait's run, making it easier to fish through reeds, lily pads and other aquatic vegetation.
