Lurejunks D-Craw

A Craw for Finesse Fishing and as a Trailer

The Lurejunks D-Craw is a classic creature bait with highly detailed, natural-looking design. It comes in 2 sizes - 3.5" and 4" - making it an ideal mouthful for perch as well as zander. In winter, it works particularly well on finesse rigs such as a Carolina rig or Texas rig, and also on skirted jig heads. If the body is too long for a skirted jig head or similar, you can simply trim off the last third to shorten the soft plastic without any issues. Come summer, it also excels as a trailer on chatterbaits and spinnerbaits.

Air Chambers for Buoyancy

The D-Craw has air chambers built into the claws, giving it significant buoyancy. The lift is strong enough to raise not just the claws but also the front section of the bait, imitating the natural defensive posture of a crayfish. Predators recognise this behaviour and hit the bait with real aggression. The soft rubber compound works in your favour with smaller fish too - even they can compress the bait easily, so you'll rarely miss a take.

Ribbed Underside

The underside of the D-Craw features fine ribs that generate additional vibration and water disturbance, both on the drop and when worked across muddy or sandy bottoms. You can also apply attractant pastes directly to these ribs, as they hold particularly well on the textured surface and create a long-lasting additional scent source. The D-Craw already comes pre-scented with garlic, though an extra application certainly doesn't hurt.
