Savage Gear Da'Bush Spinnerbait 16 cm / 32 g

Savage Gear has spent years refining and expanding its range, and the Da'Bush Spinnerbait is one of the results of that ongoing development work.

A Spinnerbait Built for Pike Fishing

The Savage Gear Da'Bush Spinnerbait is a well-made spinnerbait designed specifically for targeting pike. It excels in heavily weeded areas and cover such as fallen timber or bankside vegetation. The stainless steel frame features a double-angled wire that shields the hook, keeping it virtually weed-free and almost completely snag-resistant. This makes the Da'Bush ideal for working through lily pad fields, where pike sit tight in cover and are difficult to reach with most other lure types.

The Da'Bush Spinnerbaits are bent from extra-heavy stainless steel wire and are built to last. Every component is of high quality, delivering reliable running characteristics time after time - a track record proved over thousands of casts. The spinner blades carry a stamped honeycomb pattern that scatters light more diffusely than smooth blades. Each lure is individually tested for running performance. The forged high-carbon steel hooks are needle-sharp, extra-strong and durable, with a Black Nickel finish that offers solid corrosion resistance. The extra-long, fine glitter and silicone skirts move at the slightest provocation, and a silicone curly tail grub trailer adds further attraction. The underside of the head carries an eye where additional weights can be attached if you need to fish at greater depth.

To keep short-striking pike on the hook, every Da'Bush comes with a matching trailer hook. The blades start spinning the instant the lure hits the water, so it draws savage takes even on the drop. A closed eye in the wire frame significantly increases stability during the fight, and the Da'Bush can also be attached directly to a heavy-duty snap rather than being tied on, unlike many other spinnerbaits - meaning it cannot twist or shift during the fight, which improves landing rates. It casts a long way, and its weight allows you to cover considerable depth on a slow retrieve. This is a spinnerbait built to be fished on heavy pike rods when you are specifically targeting big pike.
