Savage Gear Revenge SG2 Heavy Game

A Reliable Spinning Rod for Targeting Pike Without Breaking the Bank

The Savage Gear Revenge SG2 Heavy Game is a range of spinning rods built for medium-heavy to heavy lures. As part of the SG2 rod series, these rods deliver solid performance and an excellent price-to-performance ratio - whether you're just starting out or simply want a capable rod at a sensible price. Across the different models, you can work a wide variety of lures: large soft lures, hard lures, spinnerbaits and classic spoons.

Plenty of Power for Hard-Fighting Pike

The Savage Gear Revenge SG2 Heavy Game is built around a highly modular 24+30T carbon blank that is well balanced and delivers the backbone you need for intense fights with powerful pike. The SeaGuide SiN rings with CCS stainless steel inserts transfer energy efficiently to the blank and are an excellent match for braid. The Double-Lock reel seat holds your fixed spool reel securely in place and integrates neatly into the split grip made from Duragrip 70. For getting your rod safely to and from the water, the Savage Gear Revenge SG2 Heavy Game comes with a Competition Ready-To-Fish rod sleeve.
