Westin's ShadTeez has become a genuine classic among soft lures - and once it finds its way into your lure box, it tends to stay there.
First Impressions of the Westin ShadTeez
This soft lure weighs 39 g and measures 16 cm in length with a body height of 3.7 cm. With a body width of 1.5 cm, the ShadTeez 16 sits in the medium-slim category - not bulky, but with enough presence to make itself felt in the water.
Attention to Detail Throughout
Look closely and the ShadTeez rewards you. Across its 16 cm body you'll find realistic 3D eyes set above a finely detailed mouth, followed by a gill cover and pectoral fin. The scale pattern and lateral line are immediately recognisable, and the range of colour schemes - from natural to eye-wateringly bright - rounds off the look of this shad.
The Action That Makes the ShadTeez
This lure is a proven pike magnet, and much of that comes down to its pronounced flanking action. As you vary your retrieve speed, the shad rolls its entire belly from side to side. At slower retrieve speeds, this becomes more of a rolling action. In either case, the large paddle tail generates powerful pressure waves that pike can detect through their lateral line long before they ever set eyes on the lure.

A bench for pikes! In my now 2 years of actively fishing for pike, I have already tried many larger rubber fish. However, the 16cm version of the Shad Teez remains my all-time favorite! Thanks to its bulbous shape and fat shovel tail, it makes a lot of noise and movement underwater and still produces a bite or two even on very tough days. Because of its bulbous shape, it's also really great to mount on the Shallowrig. I'm really excited and will definitely be adding a few different decors for the upcoming pike season after the closed season.

16, 12cm Headlight Headlight Gold = Pike Grenades With this I have already been able to arrest a few meters of pikes. Without question one of the best rubber fish on the market. The 9cm version is also a great all-rounder.

Best rubber fish on the market In my opinion, the best rubber fish on the market. Whether it's workmanship or running behavior, everything is top notch. Clear purchase recommendation

Catch guarantor One of the top rubber fish for pike fishing! On some days, this bait makes the difference. Especially when polding for pike. But growing on jig isn't always great..
