Westin W2 Streetstick

The Street Fishing Rods for Small Lures in Any Setting

The Westin W2 Streetstick are light spinning rods developed specifically for street fishing, though they perform just as well whenever you're working small hard lures and soft lures - finesse presentations - for perch, zander and other small to medium-sized predators. That applies whether you're fishing an urban canal or out in open countryside. They also make a strong case in salt water, where they're well suited to light rock fishing and a range of smaller marine species. The W2 Streetstick blanks are built from 24/30T High Performance Carbon with a moderate action that still launches small lures to impressive distances. The sensitive tip registers even the subtlest takes clearly, so you can strike with confidence - exactly what you need when fish are mouthing the lure gently and bite detection needs to be sharp.

Premium Seaguide Components Throughout

The Westin W2 Streetstick combines a quality blank with high-grade Seaguide components. The blank is fitted with a Seaguide SXOHLSG Premium ring set and a Seaguide Dhook hook keeper. The slim split-grip handle in premium EVA sits comfortably in the hand, and the Seaguide XVS reel seat holds your fixed spool reel securely in place. A neat detail worth noting is the non-slip rubber end cap, which earns its keep particularly in urban environments. These rods put a smile on your face even with small fish on the end - and when something bigger shows up, they handle that too.
