Westin W6 Finesse Shad 2nd

A Finesse Spinning Rod Built for Soft Lures

The Westin W6 Finesse Shad 2nd is the second generation of spinning rods designed for light fishing with soft lures. If you're presenting small to medium soft lures on light jig heads and skirted jigs, this rod is exactly what you need. The responsive Torayca carbon blank delivers a crisp, fast action that lets you present your lure with real precision. You feel every movement of the lure and can react to the most tentative of bites. Bite detection is excellent, and the rod drives the hook home with real authority - making it a superb choice for perch, largemouth bass and zander, whose hard, bony mouths demand a decisive strike. When balance, sensitivity and control matter, the W6 Finesse Shad 2nd is an outstanding option, and it is ideally suited to modern finesse anglers.

Eye-Catching Design and Top-End Performance

The Westin W6 Series turns heads immediately with its striking design - a deep-red blank paired with a contrasting black handle section. The real strength of these rods, though, lies in their first-class performance and high-quality components. The blank, built from 40T+T1100 Torayca High Performance Carbon, works in perfect harmony with the innovative 3C-Handle. Direct contact with the blank further enhances sensitivity for exceptionally precise fishing, while the grip itself delivers outstanding comfort and a secure hold in any situation. Westin keeps the rest of the build firmly at premium level. Fuji SiC ring guides deliver maximum casting performance and handle braid with ease, while the ergonomic Fuji KSKSS16/ASH reel seat and the practical Seaguide TiDHOOK#4 hook keeper round off the specification perfectly. That combination of bold looks and technical precision makes the W6 Series the ideal tool for demanding predator anglers.
