Abu Garcia Beast Bladed Jig

A Large, High-Impact Chatterbait for Pike

The Abu Garcia Beast Bladed Jig is a chatterbait that comes supplied with a Beast Curltail as a trailer, giving it an overall length of 25 cm and a weight of 50 g. That alone tells you it was designed specifically for pike fishing. The sheer size makes it highly visible, but there is more going on to draw a pike's attention. The large blade generates significant water displacement and a wild, erratic action that creates real commotion beneath the surface. On top of that, the internal rattle adds extra sound to the package - a combination that is hard for any predator to ignore, even when holding deep in weed.

Extra Eye for Versatile Use

On the underside of the head, the Abu Garcia Beast Bladed Jig features an additional eye that can be used in two different ways. You can attach an extra treble hook to it, which can significantly improve your hook-up rate. Alternatively, clip on a drop weight to increase the running depth. Straight out of the box, a steady linear retrieve takes it down to between 0.5 and 2.0 m, depending on speed. Add a suitable weight and you can work it considerably deeper.

Smart System for Quick Trailer Changes

The Abu Garcia Beast Bladed Jig uses the Quick Link System, in which the soft plastic trailer slides onto a dedicated retention clip below the hook. It holds the trailer securely but still lets you swap it out quickly and without fuss whenever you want to change colour or try a different soft lure altogether. That flexibility makes the Abu Garcia Beast Bladed Jig a solid choice for targeted pike fishing.
