BIM Tackle Chacha Bait 30 cm / 40 g

A Hybrid of Bladed Jig and Bucktail Jig

The BIM Tackle Chacha Bait measures 30 cm yet weighs just 40 g dry - around 55 g when wet. That makes it a big bait with the weight of a mid-range pike lure, which means you can fish it comfortably on standard pike rods. It is a hybrid of bladed jig and bucktail jig, combining the strong vibrations of a bladed jig with the seductive action of a bucktail - an irresistible combination for pike and wels catfish. The custom blade runs reliably while creating minimal water resistance, so retrieving it stays effortless. The head is made from a lead-free material and features an additional eye on the underside, where you can attach an extra weight for greater running depth, a spinner blade for added flash, or an extra treble hook.

Bucktail or Soft Plastic as a Trailer? Either Works

The head of the BIM Tackle Chacha Bait is fitted with a strong, sharp single hook, below which sits a wire construction with a snap. This holds the additional bucktail trailer, itself armed with a further large, sturdy single hook. Thanks to the snap, you can swap the trailer freely - matching Chacha Bait trailers are available in a range of colours, opening up new colour combinations. You can also attach a soft plastic as a trailer on the Chacha Bait. That versatility, combined with its high attraction, makes the BIM Tackle Chacha Bait an excellent choice when you are targeting big pike and other large predators.
