Daiwa Crossfire Jigger (Spinning)

A Classic Jigging Rod at an Excellent Price

The Daiwa Crossfire Jigger (Spinning) is an entry-level rod available in several variants, designed specifically for jigging with soft lures for perch and zander. As part of the Crossfire Series, these rods have received a visual refresh that ties in with the aesthetic of the Crossfire reels. Modern manufacturing techniques and quality materials go into every blank, making this a solid jigging rod that won't put a dent in your budget.

Built Around the Demands of Jigging

Daiwa's engineers built the Crossfire Jigger (Spinning) around the same HMC+ Carbon blank used throughout the rest of the series. What sets these rods apart is the tip action, which has been tuned specifically for jigging - giving you a noticeably more pronounced and faster action in the upper section. That translates directly into better casting distance and sharper sensitivity, while the fast action lets you convert bites from perch and zander cleanly and efficiently. The Titanium Oxide rings have also been sized down compared to the rest of the range, ensuring optimum line management and a smooth, well-balanced relationship between the rings and the blank. An ergonomic reel seat holds your fixed spool reel securely in place, and the quality EVA grip gives you the control and purchase you need when playing hard-fighting predators. If you want a dependable jigging rod for perch and zander that delivers real sport without asking too much of your wallet, the Daiwa Crossfire Jigger (Spinning) is well worth your attention.
