Flexonit develops and manufactures all manner of leaders for predator fishing in Germany. The leader is the direct connection between your line and the fish, so it's not the place to cut corners - and with Flexonit, you simply don't have to.
Stainless Wire Trace - Flexonit 1x7
If you like to build your own leaders and are looking for a material that meets demanding requirements, this is the one. The Flexonit 1x7 is constructed from seven individual stainless steel wires. To allow for a wider range of applications, Flexonit has made this wire trace knotable - meaning you can connect it without crimp sleeves if you prefer. The bronze-coloured material is also very discreet and prevents any reflection of sunlight that might spook wary predators. Thanks to its thicker individual strands, the 1x7 is somewhat more robust and stiffer than softer alternatives, which makes it an excellent choice for fishing with jerkbaits - soft leader materials tend to tangle around jerkbait hardware far too easily.

Flexonit 1x7 Stahlvorfach Meterware | 4 m 0.21 mm / 4.1 kg
All good, but it is stainless steel instead of “normal” steel. I didn't know that and now I have such bluish steel.
