Fox Rage Slick Fast Super Soft 18 cm

For Big-Zander Anglers from Boat and Bank

The Fox Rage Slick Fast Super Soft 18 cm is the middle size of the 3 shads in the Slick Softbaits family. At 18 cm it matches the length of the larger version of the legendary Tiddler Fast, but with a slimmer, lighter body. From that lure - which caused quite a stir among zander anglers a few years back - it inherits the tail section with its slender tail root and the small paddle tail. To that, it adds the lean body of the Slick Shad. Even the lightest animation, such as a minimal lift or drop of the rod during vertical jigging, is enough to get the tail working in a thoroughly enticing way. This works exceptionally well in pelagic fishing too, where the low water resistance lets it reach depth quickly. Jigging from the bank is another area where this soft plastic really comes into its own. Big-zander anglers in particular will want a few of these in the tackle box.

Soft yet Tough Compound

The Fox Rage Slick Fast Super Soft 18 cm is a size that targets large zander very effectively, though mid-sized fish won't turn their noses up at it either. Thanks to the soft rubber compound, even smaller fish can inhale it without difficulty. During vertical jigging and especially in targeted pelagic work, it also shows outstanding fish-catching ability for pike. Because the compound is not only soft but also highly durable, you can fish it hard without worrying about it falling apart - one lure, plenty of fish. The Fox Rage Slick Fast Super Soft 18 cm is a fine complement to the Fox Rage Slick Finesse, and it's the one to reach for whenever zander want some action - just not too much.
