Fox Rage Slick Stick 125 F

The Slick Stick 125 F - Built for Night Fishing

The Fox Rage Slick Stick 125 F is a larger version of the well-known and successful hard lure from the British brand. At 12.5 cm and 19 g, it is noticeably bigger than its siblings, and its slimmer body gives it exactly the silhouette that a hard lure for zander needs. Zander are its primary target, and the Slick Stick 125 F was developed specifically for night fishing for zander - a discipline in which it thoroughly delivers. With a maximum running depth of 1 m, it is well suited to working along bank edges and rocky structures.

Pronounced Rolling Action and Rattle

The Fox Rage Slick Stick 125 F produces a pronounced rolling action that kicks in from the very first turn of the handle. It is built for a straight steady retrieve, but also fishes very effectively with short pauses during which it slowly rises back towards the surface. Alongside the rolling action, it generates strong water displacement and a clacking rattle sound - both additional triggers that draw a predator's attention and contribute to its effectiveness.

Casting Performance and an Option for Shallow Pike

A magnetic long-cast system gives the Fox Rage Slick Stick 125 F excellent casting distance and accuracy, making it a good choice for larger waters as well. That said, using it only for zander at night means missing out on another promising application. This lure is also a strong option for targeting pike holding in shallow water, and they tend to find it very hard to refuse.

R-Shield Details and BKK Treble Hooks

The Fox Rage Slick Stick 125 F comes in attractive colour schemes and features the R-Shield Details - an ultra-realistic scale pattern and 3-D eyes with the Fox Rage logo as the pupil, shaped in an aggressive triangular form. It is also equipped with ultra-sharp BKK treble hooks, which deliver outstanding hook-up performance.
