Fox Rage Super Slick Shad Loaded

When Pike Want a Subtler Action

The Fox Rage Super Slick Shad Loaded is the oversized Slick Shad with significantly more volume, pre-rigged on a Shallow Rig. What sets this soft plastic apart is its subtle body roll action combined with a steady, rhythmic wag from the paddle tail - exactly what pike want when they're looking for a more understated presentation. The pre-rigged Shallow Rig makes it an excellent choice for fishing shallow margins, over weed beds, or generally shallow water.

Adding Weight to Reach Deeper Depths

The Fox Rage Super Slick Shad Loaded is available in 2 sizes, weighing 49 g and 97 g respectively, including the rig. That makes it well suited to shallow work, but when you need to get the lure down deeper, simply clip a Fox Rage Strike Point Hitcher Tungsten Chin Weight into the front eye. The added weight causes the shad to sink faster and run deeper.

1 or 2 Razor-Sharp Treble Hooks

Each size of the Fox Rage Super Slick Shad Loaded is armed to match. The 18 cm version comes on a Shallow Rig with a single treble hook, while the 23 cm version is fitted with a rig carrying 2 treble hooks. Both are razor-sharp and highly robust, ensuring pike are hooked cleanly and held securely.
