Fox Rage Zander Pro Shad 18 cm

The Biggest ZPS for Big Predators

The Fox Rage Zander Pro Shad is a classic that has accounted for countless zander and pike over the years. For a long time it topped out at 14 cm, then the 16 cm arrived in 2023 - and now the ZPS comes of age. The Fox Rage Zander Pro Shad 18 cm is the largest version in the range and the big bait of the family, with one clear target in mind: big pike and zander.

Intense Action and Outstanding Durability

Some things thankfully never change, and that holds true for this top-performing soft lure. Like its smaller counterparts, the Fox Rage Zander Pro Shad 18 cm is built from a highly durable rubber compound that can handle multiple pike and shrug off a good few sets of pike teeth. The intense action is equally unchanged. True to form, the ZPS delivers a body-roll action with a lively, waving paddle tail that pushes a serious amount of pressure waves through the water, signalling to predators that something substantial is on the move. An exceptionally effective soft plastic that earns its place in any lure box, regardless of size.

Large Jig Heads, Shallow Rig or Stinger Rig

The Fox Rage Zander Pro Shad 18 cm is a substantial bait - at this length it already sits firmly in big bait territory for many anglers. You can still fish it on large jig heads, but go no smaller than size 8/0. For best results, though, a shallow rig or stinger rig is the way to go. Paired with a screw-in weight and one or two treble hooks, it is rigged and ready to deal with the biggest predators around.
