Jackall Chubby 41 SSR

The Largest Chubby - a Super-Shallow Runner

The Jackall Chubby 41 SSR is the largest model in the Chubby range - a hard lure crankbait from one of the most popular lure series in the world. At 4.1 cm long and 5.7 g, it's built as a super-shallow runner with a running depth of 0 - 0.2 m, making it ideal for very shallow areas or whenever predators are hunting just beneath the surface. The primary targets are big perch, trout, chub, asp and largemouth bass - though don't be surprised if larger predators take a swipe at it too. If pike are present in your water, fit a wire trace or titanium leader to be safe. The Jackall Chubby 41 SSR is available in a range of attractive colours, from natural to vivid, so there's something to suit every situation.

Easy to Work, with a Weight-Transfer System

For light lure fishing, the Jackall Chubby 41 SSR is about as straightforward to work as it gets. Even on a simple straight retrieve it produces the action anglers love - a blend of rolling and wobbling that imitates a surface-feeding insect, a frog or even a small rodent near the surface. Wind it in faster and it kicks out extra vibrations that can draw a reaction from active and inactive predators alike. A built-in weight-transfer system gives you the casting distance to reach your spots with precision.
