Jackall has built a strong reputation for high-quality hard lures and soft plastics, each precisely engineered for its intended use. The DD Chubby 38F is no exception, delivering the brand's distinctive Wobb'n Roll Action in a deep-diving format.
The Deep Diving Chubby 38F in Detail
This deep-diving member of the Chubby range shares the same 3.8 cm body length as its stablemates but weighs 4.70 g. The extended crankbait lip pushes it down to 2.0 m, making it the right choice when predators are holding deeper in the water column - on bright, sunny days, for instance. Like the rest of the Chubby family, it comes armed with two razor-sharp 7552 Black Nickel treble hooks in size #10 or #12.
What Is 'Wobb'n Roll'?
The DD Chubby 38F is a light crankbait built around a unique blend of wobbling and rolling action. Where most plugs simply flash their flanks from side to side, the Jackall DD Chubby 38F adds a rolling component on top of that, giving the lure a noticeably lively, animated swimming action - as you can see in the video below.

I received the new model with the tinted dive shovel that I didn't want. The old model with the transparent diving shovel is shown in the online store!
