Sportex Nobun Spin

High-End Spinning Rods for Zander and Pike Anglers

The Sportex Nobun Spin are the spinning rods from this premium rod series, built for demanding zander and pike anglers who expect the highest level of performance. The foundation is a Helicore blank constructed from T1100 carbon and a specialist epoxy resin with nanotechnology - materials that deliver both low weight and exceptional strength. The Extra Fast action gives you extremely precise lure control and keeps you in touch with everything happening at the business end: bottom contact, snags and bites all register clearly, letting you react instantly and convert takes with a confident strike backed by a powerful backbone. Casting performance is equally strong - lures travel far and land accurately, putting you in contact with fish holding well out from the bank. The fight itself is just as satisfying: smaller fish stay lively and fun, while larger specimens can be played out with full control throughout.

These rods are well suited to jigging, vertical jigging and the 'faulenzen' style with soft lures.

Fuji Components and Full Carbon Construction

The Sportex Nobun Spin matches its high-quality blank with equally refined components. The rings are Fuji Titanium SiC - exceptionally light, very strong and ideal for use with braid. Lower on the blank sits a removable Fuji hook keeper that can be repositioned anywhere along the blank or taken off entirely. The handle is another standout feature: a carbon grip transmits every last detail directly to your hand, enabling extremely precise fishing. The carbon reel seat complements the grip perfectly and offers outstanding feel in the hand. At the base, a high-quality aluminium end cap carries the rod's serial number - each rod is individually numbered.
