Savage Gear Conger Eel

A Real Treat for Big Predators - Strong Curly Tail Action

The Savage Gear Conger Eel is a faithful imitation of a sea eel, available in various sizes and colours. Beyond its realistic appearance, the lure is infused with fish attractant to trigger those extra-confident takes from predators. Curly tail grubs have long proven their worth, and the powerful curly tail action of this lure makes it a serious option when targeting large saltwater predators. Cod and halibut are particularly fond of it, but more exotic species such as amberjack and barracuda take it just as readily. Even the lightest retrieve sets that long tail working, generating strong turbulence through the water. The Savage Gear Conger Eel is a genuine big-predator lure.

Integrated Rattle and a Robust Hook

The Savage Gear Conger Eel comes on a ready-rigged jig head fitted with an integrated rattle, producing a sound signature that carries over long distances and reaches predators well before the lure comes into view. The robust stainless steel hooks are matched to the size of the predators you can expect, giving you confidence throughout the fight. You can fish the Conger Eel in several ways - slow retrieves, jigging or trolling all play to its strengths. And if you are after a lure that reliably tempts not only large saltwater predators but also the occasional pike, the Savage Gear Conger Eel is well worth considering.
