Savage Gear Gravity Twitch SR (Floating)

A Twitchbait Built for Distance

The Gravity Twitch from Savage Gear is built around a magnetic long cast system that puts a sliding iron core inside the body. That weight transfer delivers serious casting distance for a hard lure of this size. Inside the body you'll also find rattles that produce a distinctive underwater sound, drawing predators in from range with both visual and acoustic stimulation. On a straight retrieve, the lure already gets to work - rolling its flanks from side to side in a wide, provocative wobble. It also tracks cleanly in stronger currents.

Where it really comes into its own, though, is on the twitch. Sharp rod twitches send the Gravity Twitch darting erratically from side to side - a convincing impression of a small, injured baitfish. On short pauses between twitches, the floating version rises slowly towards the surface. That buoyancy is genuinely useful: you can twitch the lure through snaggy areas and let it float up and over any obstruction in its path. It's a highly effective choice when you're after pike, zander, or asp.
