Savage Gear Revenge SG2 Medium Game Travel

Medium-Heavy Travel Rods for Anglers on the Move

The Savage Gear Revenge SG2 Medium Game Travel is a range of medium-heavy travel spinning rods available in several variants. Thanks to their 4-piece construction, they pack down to a transport length of just 63 cm to 77 cm depending on the variant - small enough to slip into any piece of luggage. A hard-shell travel case is included for safe transport. Their casting weights make them genuine all-rounders, well suited to medium-sized lures of all kinds: soft lures, hard lures, metal lures, and heavy finesse rigs alike.

A Quality Carbon Blank Built for the Fight

Like every rod in the SG2 series, the Savage Gear Revenge SG2 Medium Game Travel is built around a high-modulus 24/30T carbon blank. The action across these variants is moderate-fast to fast, which translates to a solid hook-up rate and an enjoyable fight. A SeaGuide SiN ring system with CCS stainless steel guides transmits every knock and bite directly through the blank, and the inlay ensures smooth, low-friction running for braid. The split grip uses non-slip Duragrip 70 for a secure hold during hard-fighting fish, while the Double-Lock reel seat keeps your fixed spool reel firmly in place. If you are after a travel rod that delivers solid performance for the money, the Savage Gear Revenge SG2 Medium Game Travel is a sound choice.
