Hi-Power X from Butt to Tip

Hi-Power X is optimised rod-building technology. Carbon tape is wrapped spirally around the outside of the blank, producing an extremely stiff and fast blank while counteracting blank twist during the cast. Shimano is the only manufacturer to apply this carbon tape wrap over the full length of the blank, from butt to tip. The benefit for you? Outstanding casting performance, the backbone to drive the hook home into hard-mouthed fish at distance, and precise control throughout the fight even with powerful fish.
