Westin BuzzBite DR Crankbait

A Deep-Running Crankbait with High-Frequency Rattles

The Westin BuzzBite DR Crankbait was developed with big perch in mind, but it also catches zander and pike with real efficiency. As the deep-running version of the BuzzBite Crankbait, it reaches depths of 3 - 4.5 m, making it a solid choice for targeting fish holding tight to the bottom or tracking down pelagic predators in open water. The body is built from robust ABS plastic and houses rattles that produce a high-frequency sound - matched by an equally high-frequency, tight wobbling action that kicks in straight away on the retrieve.

Because the Westin BuzzBite DR Crankbait is slow-rising, brief pauses in the retrieve pay dividends: the moment you stop winding, it breaks off from its tight, active wobble and floats upward slowly and steadily - a change of direction that predators regularly find hard to ignore. Building regular pauses into your retrieve is well worth the effort. A built-in Long Cast System and a weight of 14 g ensure strong casting distance, so you can work large areas of water thoroughly. Fitted with super-sharp, robust carbon treble hooks, it hooks up reliably on the take. The hand-painted finishes, combined with realistic eyes and that lively action, give it a presentation that is difficult for any predator to pass up.
