Westin Jerk

A True Jerkbait with Effortless Action

The Westin Jerk is a true jerkbait, developed over several years of testing, refinement and fine-tuning. Westin's goal throughout was to create a jerkbait with simple, accessible action that any angler can work effectively. Whether you're just starting out or have years on the bank, you'll get to grips with this lure quickly - and the results will follow. It's particularly effective for pike, though other large predators are equally unlikely to pass it up.

Twitch It, Jerk It, or Wind It In

The Westin Jerk responds reliably to a range of retrieves, whether you twitch or jerk it with the rod or work it with sharp turns of the reel handle. Both approaches bring out its gliding action - with each jerk, the lure slides alternately left and right. Make sure you vary the rhythm with shorter and longer pauses: breaking the retrieve at irregular intervals is what finally convinces hesitant followers to commit.

Quality Inside and Out

The Westin Jerk is built around an ABS body fitted with a through-wire construction, which gives it exceptional strength and stability. The ultra-sharp carbon steel treble hooks are mounted directly to this wire. The design is entirely lead-free, so you can fish it on waters where lead is prohibited. The exterior matches the quality of the build: ultra-realistic eyes act as a reliable trigger point, and the finishes are hand-painted with a high level of detail - a treat for the eye whether you're an angler or a fish. The Westin Jerk is a hard lure that earns its place in any tackle box.
