Rapala Super Shadow Rap Glide

A Two-Piece Hard Lure for Pike and Other Large Predators

The Rapala Super Shadow Rap Glide is a hard lure built for pike and other large predators. It shares the body of the Super Shadow Rap but is two-piece, fitted with a soft plastic tail and no diving lip. Even on a straight retrieve this swimbait produces a seductive S-shaped action, and when you work it with short twitches it breaks hard to the side. A spare tail is included, but you can also swap in tails of a different colour to switch between natural and aggressive patterns.

The Screw Diver System: Swappable Weights

The standout feature of the Rapala Super Shadow Rap Glide is the Screw Diver System (SDS). It uses interchangeable tungsten weights that screw on and off, letting you adjust the lure's overall weight and running depth in one simple step.

Rotating Hooks for Fewer Lost Fish

The Rapala Super Shadow Rap Glide is built for large predators, and the construction reflects that. Heavy duty split rings carry VMC Black Nickel treble hooks that hook reliably and hold firm through a hard fight. To reduce hook pulls, the hooks and split rings are mounted on rotating swivels, making it much harder for the fish to lever the hook free.

Please note: some colour patterns feature UV-active hooks and are labelled accordingly.
