Westin Swim Glidebait 13.5 cm / 77 g (Suspending)

A Glidebait That Works for Every Angler

The Westin Swim Glidebait 13.5 cm in its suspending configuration weighs 77 g. At that size and weight, it fishes beautifully on a baitcaster, but a fixed spool reel paired with a spinning rod handles it just as well. Whatever you choose to fish it on, this is a lure that is exceptionally easy to work. Steady retrieve, erratic cranking, pauses, sharp rod twitches, or pure reel-driven action - it stays effective throughout and triggers pike reliably. Worked slowly, it imitates a dying or injured fish; pushed hard and fast, it mimics a baitfish in a panic. Build in pauses, and you will often get the most from it - drawing hard, aggressive takes. It does not matter whether you are new to lure fishing or have been at it for years; this lure is immediately intuitive. It is no surprise that countless guides rely on it when fishing with their clients.

Robust Construction and Ultra-Sharp Hooks

The Westin Swim Glidebait 13.5 cm Suspending is built from ABS plastic with a completely lead-free construction. The aerodynamic body shape and lead-free weighting system still deliver serious casting distance, putting the lure in front of pike holding well away from the bank. A through-wire frame runs the full length of the body, giving the lure the structural strength to handle whatever takes it. The ultra-sharp carbon steel treble hooks convert a high proportion of bites into fish on the bank.
