A Glidebait for Every Pike Angler

The Westin Swim Glidebait in 13.5 cm comes in at 86 g in its sinking version. What sets this glidebait apart is its remarkably straightforward retrieve - it suits everyone from first-season anglers to seasoned pike hunters. You can work it with a steady wind, introduce pauses, twitch or jerk it on the rod, or drive it entirely off the reel. That flexibility means you have the right response for every situation and every mood the pike are in, all from a single lure. At a slow pace it rolls and sways like a dying or injured fish; speed things up and it mimics prey in full panic. On the pause it sinks with a slow, tumbling action that regularly triggers savage strikes. The Westin Swim Glidebait 13.5 cm Sinking casts well on a baitcaster, a fixed spool reel or a spinning rod.

Lead-Free with Needle-Sharp Hooks

The body of the Westin Swim Glidebait 13.5 cm Sinking is moulded from ABS plastic, which is tough enough to shrug off the most brutal attacks without a scratch. The construction is entirely lead-free, so you can use it on waters where lead restrictions apply. Despite that, the aerodynamic design combined with lead-free weights delivers excellent casting distance. Inside, a through-wire construction reinforces the overall durability of the body. The carbon steel treble hooks are equally robust yet razor-sharp, keeping fish pinned even during those frantic last-ditch lunges under the rod tip.
