Zeck Boggy

A Soft Plastic Worm from the Mind of Johannes Dietel

Worms are among the most reliable lures around, and it comes as no surprise that perch specialist Johannes Dietel had the idea of a soft plastic worm on his mind for quite some time. The Zeck Boggy brings that idea to life: a ribbed soft plastic worm available in a range of sizes and colours. Its fine ribs and a D-shaped curly tail produce a subtle yet highly effective action that does not just fool perch. The mid-size variant will readily tempt zander, and the large version has already accounted for pike.

Enticing Scent and an Even Salt Blend

The Zeck Boggy is built for finesse presentations: work it on a Texas rig or Carolina rig along the bottom, fish it on a drop shot rig, use it as a trailer on chatterbaits and spinnerbaits, or mount it on a jig head in the traditional way. Whichever approach you choose, the evenly distributed salt blend built into the soft plastic works in your favour. At least 20% salt in the lower half of the body ensures a horizontal fall without the lure rolling over. A keyed offset slot with a seam makes rigging on an offset hook straightforward. To round things off, the Zeck Boggy carries a Fried Squid Scent attractant that draws attention and gives you that little bit of extra time to set the hook.
