Zeck Cherry-Stick Black Edition (Spinning)

The Cherry-Stick Black Edition for Perch Fishing

Following strong demand from customers, Zeck released the Cherry-Stick Black Edition Spinning. Rather than applying a coat of lacquer to the blank, the surface has been left unground and therefore black. These rods are largely identical to the orange Cherry-Sticks, differing only in colour. A small number of models deviate slightly - where that is the case, it is described in detail in the individual model listing. These remain rods designed specifically for targeting large perch - the 'cherries' - and cover all common perch techniques. Whether you fish soft lures on a jig head, prefer finesse rigs, or reach for hard lures, there is a model in the Cherry-Stick Black Edition range to suit you. Every rod ships in a matching rod sleeve for safe storage when not in use.

Cherry-Stick BE 250/18

The Zeck Cherry-Stick BE 250/18 is the lighter of the two longest rods in the range. At 2.50 m, it launches lures and rigs to maximum distance, making it the go-to choice when you are fishing large waters. With a casting weight of 5-18 g and a tolerance limit of 25 g, this rod is built for soft lures on lighter jig heads and finesse rigs. The highly sensitive tip registers even the subtlest knock at range, while the powerful backbone ensures a clean, confident strike. If you want to fish light and precise but at distance, this is the rod for you.

Cherry-Stick BE 250/30

The Zeck Cherry-Stick BE 250/30 is the heavier of the two longest rods in the range. It is the right choice when you want to fish heavier lures or rigs and need serious casting distance. The 2.50 m blank combined with a casting weight of 7-30 g puts everything a long way out, and with a tolerance limit of 37 g it can handle a little more when needed. Like the lighter model, it features a very sensitive tip for outstanding bite detection and a powerful backbone to drive the hook home at maximum range. The Cherry-Stick BE 250/30 differs slightly from the orange version: it uses a slightly larger guide, so you can run thicker lines if required.
