Enticing Reflections and a Swappable Hook
The Colonel Abalony from Balzer is a mother-of-pearl spinner, available in a range of weights and colours. The spinner blade features a mother-of-pearl design that produces enticing light reflections underwater, while also generating considerable pressure to attract attention from a distance. Perch, chub and trout are rarely able to resist this combination - but be aware that during summer, when prey size matches juvenile baitfish, pike will happily take it too. Using a wire trace is therefore strongly advisable. A neat feature of this spinner is the hook exchange system, which lets you swap hooks in seconds. Each Balzer Colonel Abalony Spinner comes supplied with both a treble hook and a single hook.
A Colour-Matched Reverse for Perfect Harmony
Every variant of the Balzer Abalony Spinner has a colour-matched reverse side finished in Silver, Copper, Gold or Black, as shown in the images. This creates a seamless interplay between the front and reverse that predators find hard to ignore.
