The Balzer Heilbutt und Großdorsch Jighead 12/0 is a large and exceptionally strong jig head built for targeting large cod and halibut. These hard-fighting predators demand tackle you can rely on completely, which is why this jig head is extremely sharp and made from very thick steel. An extra-wide hook gap ensures the hook stands well clear of the soft plastic even when you're fishing large, bulky shads, so every bite can be converted cleanly. A baitholder is also included to stop cautious tail-biters pulling the soft lure off the hook before you can strike.
