The Skip Whip series covers both fixed spool reels and baitcasters. The Skip Whip Cast is designed for baitcasters, and both models from the rod series are available here. Bullseye has fitted both rods with high-quality Japanese carbon fibre blanks and paired them with quiet, robust Fuji K SS Alconite guides. The guide layout follows the KR concept, delivering maximum casting distance, precise placement and optimal load distribution along the blank. To ensure both a comfortable grip and the best possible transmission from blank through reel seat to your hand, Bullseye opted for Fuji ACS reel seats. Combined with premium EVA and a split grip design, the result looks genuinely elegant and performs just as well in feel and function. Bullseye Skip Whip Cast C180

At 180 cm, the Bullseye Skip Whip Cast C180 is the shorter of the two rods. It was designed first and foremost for vertical jigging, though the second generation broadened its range of applications considerably. Its through-action means it performs well across many other techniques too, and when fishing from a kayak or particularly from a float tube - where space is tight - the versatility of this rod is a real asset. The short blank and equally short handle make landing fish while seated, using a short landing net, straightforward. The slender Lotus-Woven-Composite 36T blank delivers extremely precise lure control at high sensitivity, while still having the backbone to hook big zander in deeper water. At 198 cm, the longer of the two rods remains highly manageable and, with a 5-28 g casting weight, is an outstanding choice for perch and chub fishing as well as light zander work. It performs at its very best as a rod for twitchbaits and topwater lures. Its ability to animate lures precisely makes it equally effective with spinnerbaits, chatterbaits and small jerkbaits - Bullseye put the same emphasis on versatility here as with the C180. Fishing with soft lures and jig spinners works very well with it too. At just under 2 m, with a short grip and that breadth of lure options, it is a rod that works equally well from the bank or on the water. The Japanese 40T NANOMETER-Carbon blank with X-Fast action delivers top-level performance with an exceptionally fast recovery speed.
