The First True Hybrida Twitchbait

With the Twitchmaster 70 / Fisch & Fang Edition, Hybrida has produced its first genuine twitchbait. The extended development process - during which the diving lip geometry and weight distribution were refined - shows clearly in the action. The lure runs with an aggressive, high-frequency dart, breaking hard to the side even on light twitches. You can also work it kickback style, letting it dance almost on the spot.

Designed for Perch, Catches Everything

The Twitchmaster 70 / Fisch & Fang Edition was developed specifically for perch, yet it has proved itself as an all-round predator catcher. Pike and zander - including fish of serious size - fall to it just as reliably. That matters, because this hard lure is built to take punishment: the finish is exceptionally tough, the stainless steel through-wire and split rings are heavy-duty, and the BKK treble hooks are top quality throughout.

Reaches Depth Fast and Holds It Perfectly

A few turns of the reel handle and the Twitchmaster 70 / Fisch & Fang Edition is down at depth. Its suspending characteristic keeps it locked at that level, so when you twitch it through the water and pause, it hangs there with a tantalising, slowly settling rock. Those pause phases are extremely effective - very often the precise moment a predator commits.

How to Fish It

Work the lure down to depth with a few quick turns, then use short twitches to trigger that hard side-flash action. In the pauses, let it suspend and pendulum out - this is where most bites come. You can also drive it with a kickback retrieve to keep it dancing on the spot when fish are holding tight.
