The Flambeau Bazuka rod tube is available in 2 sizes. The model 6085 measures 160.5 x 11.5 cm collapsed and extends to a maximum of approximately 221 cm. The larger model, the Pro 6095, measures 186.0 x 15.24 cm collapsed and telescopes out to 259 cm, with a slightly wider diameter to accommodate rods with larger rings - such as carp rods. Both models carry up to 6 rods. Both ends are padded internally with foam, protecting the delicate rod tips during transit. Bear in mind that this padding takes up space: allow roughly 10 cm less than the total tube length when calculating the maximum rod length you can fit inside.

Because these tubes are designed for checked baggage, durability matters. The Flambeau Bazuka is made from extremely tough Nylon-ABS plastic that can handle the rough treatment luggage typically receives at airports. Six locking points keep the tube securely closed throughout the journey, protecting your rods from theft.
