Gunki Fishride Kombo (Casting)

A Versatile Combo for Getting Started with Baitcasting

The Gunki Fishride Combo (Casting) is a versatile entry-level combo put together by French lure fishing experts who have not cut corners on reliability or enjoyment. The combo pairs a solid baitcasting rod with a durable baitcaster, covering a range of target species including perch and zander. The stronger of the two available combos can also handle light pike fishing.

The Rod - HM Carbon Blank for a Lively Fight

The rod is built around a responsive HM carbon blank that gives you plenty of feel during the fight and keeps your casts accurate. The SIC Antitangle guide setup ensures your braid runs tangle-free through the rings and onto the baitcaster without snagging. A quality EVA grip with trigger handle delivers reliable grip when fighting hard-running predators such as perch and zander. The modern, distinctly Gunki aesthetic of the Fishride Combo (Casting) makes it stand out on the bank as well.

The Reel - Reliable and Built to Last

The Fishride BC 200 baitcaster comes in a compact low-profile design with a vented aluminium spool that cuts weight without sacrificing robustness. Inside, proven mechanics and quality gears deliver smooth operation and clean power transfer on every retrieve. A line pick-up of 65 cm per handle turn makes the reel adaptable across a wide range of lure fishing methods. The progressive drag system offers 6 kg of braking force - enough to handle hard-fighting predators. A finely adjustable magnetic brake keeps the spool in check, preventing overruns and letting you cast with confidence from the start. An ergonomic EasyGrip handle and an infinite anti-reverse complete the practical feature set.
