Hearty Rise Meter Over Casting

Powerful Baitcasting Rods for Big Predators

The Hearty Rise Meter Over Casting is a baitcasting rod series built specifically for large lures - soft lures, swimbaits, hard lures and spinnerbaits. Designed to handle big zander and pike as well as wels catfish and hard-fighting saltwater predators such as cod and halibut, each model delivers a finely tuned action with an exceptionally powerful backbone that stands up to the strongest fish. Yet for all that power, the blank retains a fast tip action with high sensitivity, so you can detect even the most cautious takes from wary large predators and drive the hook home with a confident strike.

Specially Designed Grip

The powerful backbone of the Hearty Rise Meter Over Casting not only keeps you in control during the fight - it also delivers precise lure presentation even with large, heavy lures. The ergonomically shaped handle plays an equally important role here, providing a secure grip and comfortable handling both when working a lure and when casting. The extended handle design gives you greater leverage on the cast, allowing you to reach long casting distances with relatively little effort - ideal for fishing all day without fatigue, which is no small thing when you're working heavy lures. The handle is built around an EVA split grip and a Fuji PTS reel seat. The rings come from the same manufacturer: Fuji Alconite guides, combining performance with outstanding durability - exactly what a big-bait rod demands. Whether you're targeting trophy freshwater predators or hard-fighting saltwater species, the Hearty Rise Meter Over Casting range has a model to suit. Pike & Perch also stocks matching baitcasters for these rods.
