The Keitech Easy Shiner is one of the most popular soft lures in the world. Its flanking action and the lively movement of the paddle tail make it a genuine predator magnet. The 6.5" sits as an in-between size in the range - a welcome addition for those moments when you need something between the standard options.
What You Get with the Easy Shiner 6.5"
Each pack contains 3 lures in a single colour. The 6.5" size corresponds to approximately 16.5 cm, and each lure weighs just under 24 g. The Keitech Easy Shiner is also available in other colours and sizes - more on that below.
Flavour & Salt
The lure comes loaded with squid attractant and is generously salted. The salt along the underside of the lure creates a balanced water position and gives the Easy Shiner additional stability in its running behaviour. Through Keitech's 2-Colour Injection process, two differently salted plastic compounds are combined into a single body - a detail that predators rarely ignore.
Rigging Tips
Alongside the classic jig head approach, the Easy Shiner's built-in belly pocket and back channel allow you to rig it on an offset hook - a size 6/0 is recommended. You can present this lure in a wide variety of ways: it works well on a round-head jig hook, and is equally at home on a drop shot rig, a Texas rig, a Carolina rig, or an Alabama rig.
Tip:
Even at a slow retrieve, the lure maintains a confident, active action.
