Live Target Hollow Body Craw

A Rubber Jig and Craw Imitation in One

The Live Target Hollow Body Craw is available in various sizes and brings together the best of a rubber jig or skirted jig with a highly convincing craw imitation. The hollow body is an uncanny replica of a real crayfish and does double duty as a weedless shield for the ultra-sharp hook sitting directly behind it. Because the body is soft, it compresses on the take and lets the hook drive home cleanly. The hollow cavity is also an excellent reservoir for attractants - they cling for a long time and leave a tempting scent trail through the water. On top of that, the body releases small air bubbles when it hits the bottom, giving perch and other predators one more reason to commit.

Interchangeable Claws and Skirt

Alongside that realistic body, the Live Target Hollow Body Craw comes fitted with claws and a robust silicone skirt. Thanks to an innovative system, both are interchangeable and highly mobile. The attachment point connects directly to the jig head, so you can swap or remove the claws or the skirt in seconds whenever you want less action. Most of the movement comes from the pulsing claws and the voluminous skirt, which pulses enticingly in the water. Working this lure could hardly be simpler: hop it across the bottom with small jumps or just drag it along - both approaches have proved highly effective. The underside is cut at a slight angle so the Live Target Hollow Body Craw sits upright on the bottom like a stand-up jig, letting the claws do their thing. And should an overeager predator tear those claws off, a set of spare claws is included.
