The Keitech Casting Jig builds on the Rubber Jig Model I and is a slightly larger version of it. Its teardrop-shaped lead head makes it ideally suited for dense cover - whether that's weed or thick branches, it cuts through cleanly. The head is painted in matt colours, and the weight in ounces (oz) is printed directly onto it so you always know exactly what you're fishing. The line tie sits horizontally at the same angle as on its predecessor, keeping your knot in the optimal position at all times. Attached to the head are plastic bristles that act as a weedguard, which you can trim down whenever you need less resistance.

Behind the head, the hook shank features a double baitholder that locks your soft plastic trailer firmly in place. Soft lures in the 3.5-4.5" range (roughly 8.5-11.5 cm) are the ideal match. They pair perfectly with the razor-sharp, heavy-duty size 4/0 Decoy hook, which drives home reliably even on long-distance strikes - making this jig every bit as effective at range as it is in close. The skirt is made from high-quality silicone and can be trimmed to suit the trailer you're using.
