Live Target Live Craw Finesse Bait

A Crayfish Imitation with a Hard Body and TPE Legs

The Live Craw Finesse Bait from Canadian lure maker Live Target is a hard lure built to imitate a crayfish, available in a range of sizes and colours. The design pairs a buoyant ABS body with legs and claws made from durable TPE, producing an imitation that looks and moves remarkably close to the real thing. Even the slightest movement sends those small legs and claws into action, generating vibrations that predators pick up instantly. A rattle ball inside the body adds an acoustic layer - producing the kind of sound a fleeing crayfish makes with every twitch. Beyond its natural targets of perch and largemouth bass, the lure also tempts zander with ease. A super-sharp, robust Mustad hook from the trusted Mustad brand ensures every take converts into a solid hook-up.

Versatile Retrieve Options and Adjustable Sink Rate

The line tie on the Live Craw Finesse Bait sits at the tail end, mirroring the natural movement of a real crayfish. The tail fin doubles as a diving lip, making it ideal for 'bottom tapping' across shallower areas. You can also work the lure with light twitches or jigging strokes to trigger those characteristic escape movements as it sinks enticingly on the drop. Retrieve it straight and steady like a crankbait and it still produces consistent, attractive vibrations. The lure is just as flexible when it comes to adjusting the sink rate: the included clip-on weights in different sizes let you dial in the speed within seconds. Each weight is positioned to encourage a level, natural descent that reads well to predators, while also causing the Live Craw Finesse Bait to rock and wobble on the drop - a movement that regularly triggers a bite.
