The rubber compound has been selected at a precise balance between flexibility and bite resistance, and is loaded with a long-lasting seafood flavour. Presentation Options

1. Shallow Rig / Stinger Rig: The Drunk Dancer works superbly on a shallow rig. Screw the Shallow Screw into the recess at the head, then attach a treble hook at the belly or fix it using a stinger spike. Unweighted, you can work it extremely shallow, or add weights to present it deeper. Alternatively, fit it with a stinger rig and a large screw-in weight at the head to fish it at greater depth. Thanks to its twin curly tails, the Drunk Dancer kicks into action at even the slowest retrieve speeds, making it an excellent choice in winter or on tough days.

2. Jig Head Rig: A jig head presentation is equally viable and highly effective in certain situations. The recess at the head of the Drunk Dancer allows the lead head to sit flush with the body, delivering a far more natural presentation than conventional soft plastics. Fishing it directly over weed is where the jig head really comes into its own - the hook rides upward, keeping it relatively snag-resistant while still producing good bite conversion. We recommend a hook size of 9/0 or 10/0.
