The Savage Gear 3D Line-Thru Seeker is one of the most recognised sea trout spoons in the game - a lure that has built a loyal following well beyond its Danish origins.

3D Line-Thru Seeker - A Sea Trout Spoon of the Highest Order

At just 75 mm and 18 g, this variant from the Savage Gear 3D Line-Thru Seeker range sits firmly in the lightweight category. What makes it stand out is a combination of design details that aren't all immediately obvious:

• Slim, leaf-shaped body
• Real 3D Scan, Photoprint & Finish
• Rearward weight distribution
• Internal line guide (Line-Thru system)

Exceptional Casting Distance Even in Strong Wind

The slim, leaf-shaped profile combined with a rearward centre of gravity allows this sea trout spoon to cut through the air with minimal resistance, achieving very long casting distances. Every wade angler knows how a few extra metres at the coast can make all the difference to the catch.

Ultra-Realistic Finishes

Real fish - including sandeel and eelpout - were observed and scanned using Savage Gear's Real 3D Scan process. The result is a strikingly lifelike contour pattern with detailed scaling and prominent eyes that catch the eye immediately. A Photoprint process is applied first, followed by a tough protective finish that locks in the detail and shields the body.

The line guide channel runs slightly concentrically through the body, placing the balance point towards the front of the rear third. This produces two key effects in the water:

1. The lure presents its full flank
2. It flutters enticingly on the drop

Underwater, the spoon is presented front-side down, giving sea trout a clear, full view of the flanks. Even in low light, the fluttering action generates strong light reflections. With brief retrieve pauses, the lure breaks into a lively, dancing action.

The Key Advantage of the Line-Thru System

With the internal line guide, the lure slides freely along your braid or mono - and along the leader as well. The supplied coloured beads act as buffers and provide an additional bite point. When sea trout or other predators try to throw the lure with hard headshakes or sudden runs, the Savage Gear Line-Thru Seeker 75 simply slides up the line under the force of acceleration, removing any additional leverage the fish might otherwise gain.
