Savage Gear Revenge SG4 Medium Game 2nd Gen (Casting)

Baitcasting Rods for Versatile Lure Fishing with Medium-Sized Lures

The Savage Gear Revenge SG4 Medium Game 2nd Gen (Casting) are second-generation baitcasting rods built specifically for fishing with medium-sized lures. These all-round rods handle all soft lures, hard lures and metal lures within their casting weight range, making them a solid choice for anglers who want a single rod that covers a wide variety of situations.

Fast, Sensitive Blanks with Excellent Balance

The Savage Gear Revenge SG4 Medium Game 2nd Gen (Casting) are built on a Japanese Torayca 30T carbon blank with a fast, sensitive action. The blank absorbs head shakes and runs effectively, which significantly reduces hook pulls. Add to that outstanding balance and exceptional feedback, and you have everything you need to work your lure with pinpoint precision, feel even the lightest contact and react with a lightning-fast strike.

High-Quality Components and a Great Feel in the Hand

Alongside the Japanese Torayca T30 carbon blank, the Savage Gear Revenge SG4 Medium Game 2nd Gen (Casting) features high-quality components from SeaGuide. The rods are fitted with SeaGuide CCS stainless steel guides, which combine low weight with high durability. The smooth SiN inserts minimise line friction during the cast, improving casting performance, and the guide setup dissipates friction heat particularly efficiently - all of which makes these rods well suited for use with braid. The ergonomic SeaGuide Alien Lock Down reel seat paired with the EVA split grip completes the setup and holds a baitcaster securely in place.
