Perfect Balance Across a Wide Range of Lures

The Revenge SG8 Heavy Game (Casting) is part of Savage Gear's SG8 rod series and is built for medium to large lures. The range of lures it handles is vast - soft plastics, spinnerbaits, bladed jigs, jerkbaits and swimbaits all sit comfortably within its scope. The Savage Gear Revenge SG8 Heavy Game (Casting) delivers perfect balance, outstanding feedback and full lure control - everything a top-end baitcasting rod demands.

Japanese Carbon Meets Danish Engineering

The tackle specialists at Savage Gear built the Revenge SG8 Heavy Game (Casting) around a blank made from Japanese 46T Toray carbon. Their in-house 4X V2 Carbon Technology optimises and refines that blank, producing a remarkably light and responsive construction with a strong backbone and maximum casting distance. The technology also gives the blank a distinctive carbon look through its visible wraps. The Reset Accelerator Technology completes the setup, delivering an extremely fast recovery after each cast.

Full Carbon Grip Design for Maximum Sensitivity

The Savage Gear Revenge SG8 Heavy Game (Casting) features a Synergrip full carbon grip design. This construction delivers high sensitivity, transmitting the smallest vibrations directly to your hand. The premium Fuji K SiC guides ensure your braid runs smoothly and work in harmony with the advanced blank. The rod's clean, understated design in classic black with silver accents makes it an elegant piece of tackle. To keep your Revenge SG8 Heavy Game (Casting) safe on the way to the water, it comes with a high-quality neoprene rod sleeve.
