The Savage Gear Seeker ISP has caused considerable excitement among sea trout anglers and redefined a classic. Its casting properties, distinctive action, and the unique colour schemes of the ISP system are just three of the factors behind this sea trout lure's success.

The SG Seeker 87 ISP - A Classic Reinterpreted

At 8.70 cm in length and 16.00 g in weight, this size of the Savage Gear Seeker ISP is an all-round option. The slim, leaf-shaped design allows you to cast long distances even in stronger winds - and every sea trout angler knows that those extra metres can make all the difference. The Seeker comes with a sturdy Savage Gear Y-treble hook and an additional wide-gape single hook, which can be fitted alternately depending on the situation.

The Seeker Principle

Every sea trout angler knows the nickname: the fish of 1,000 casts. That is precisely what the Savage Gear Seeker ISP concept is built around. This sea trout spoon lets you cover large areas of water quickly and reach spots that would otherwise be too far away. On the Baltic or North Sea, a wading angler can find themselves just a few metres short of the drop where sea trout are moving through. Savage Gear supports sea trout anglers in this demanding search.

Unique Action and Flight Characteristics

The body shape is designed specifically to achieve exceptional casting distances. A weight is positioned directly in front of the treble hook, which also helps prevent the line from tangling during the cast. The slim, almost leaf-like profile keeps air resistance to a minimum. At the same time, this shape is the key to the lure's distinctive action: its 360-degree rotation gives the Seeker a wild, erratic movement, and short pauses produce striking light flashes.

The ISP System with Three Points

ISP stands for Intense Strike Point. Three small holes are drilled into the flank of the lure just ahead of the hook. These are filled with luminescent (glow-in-the-dark) UV epoxy, creating clearly defined strike points that draw the sea trout's attention.
