Not Just for Texas & Carolina Rigs

The T&C in the name of the Westin W2 Finesse-T T&C stands for Texas & Carolina, but these rods are far more than dedicated finesse tools. They handle light jigging and small hard lures just as well, making them all-round baitcasting rods for perch, zander, largemouth bass and trout. The fast 24/30T High Performance Carbon Blank gives you a sensitive tip for precise bite detection combined with the backbone to work a wide range of lures and techniques. That stiffness also pays off on the strike - the hook sets cleanly even in a zander's bony mouth.

Quality at a Fair Price

The Westin W2 Finesse-T T&C are the baitcasting rods in this range and come fitted with a VFC-2 reel seat for baitcasters. The handle is an ergonomic split grip made from quality EVA, finished with a dedicated non-slip rubber end cap. The blank is equipped with components from Seaguide: the SXOHLSG Premium ring set and the Dhook hook keeper both contribute to the excellent quality-to-price ratio. The W2 Finesse-T T&C are a strong choice for anglers starting out or anyone who wants solid quality without overspending.
